Product Description

Reverse Osmosis (RO) is a water purification process that separates pure water from contaminants through a semi-permeable membrane with fine pores. This essential technique effectively removes water impurities including:

Toxic heavy metals (lead, radium, mercury)
Chlorinated pesticides
Organic matter
Turbidity & dissolved solids
Bacteria and viruses

Working Process

Raw water pump - Provides pressure to quartz sand filter/active carbon filter
Quartz sand filter - Removes turbidity, suspended matter, organic matter, and colloids
Active carbon filter - Eliminates color, free chloride, and harmful organic matter
Softener - Exchanges calcium and magnesium ions
Security filter - Prevents large particles (5μm accuracy) from entering RO membrane
High pressure pump - Provides necessary pressure for RO membrane
RO system - Main component with 97% desalination rate, removing over 97% of ions
